Apple and Ginger Fizz is a simple and delicious alcohol free drink, made from clear apple juice and ginger ale.

3 glasses of apple and ginger fizz with a jug to the side.

This has to be just about the quickest and easiest drinks to put together from just two ingredients apple juice and ginger ale and yet it always proves really popular. It is my go-to non-alcholic drink for any party.

Which Apple juice should I use

While it is possible to use any apple juice for this drink I recommend that you use a clear apple juice. I find that cloudy apple jice tends to fizz dramatically when the ginger ale is added causing it to loose it fizz very quickly.

Clear apple juice looks much nicer too. Add a few apple slices and trust me you guests will think you have gone to rather much more trouble to make this drink than you actually have.

Summer or Winter?

One of the reason this is my go too non-alcholic drinks for party is that it tastes good at anytime of the year. Serve it over a ton of ice on the hottest of days or with just a little ice in for a festive holiday party drink.

3 hi-ball glasses of apple and ginger fizz next to a jug.
