Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200℃ (180℃ fan)/400°F/gas mark 6.
Divide each chipolata into two by pinching and twisting in the middle, then snipping with scissors.
Stretch each rasher of bacon with the back of a dinner knife, then cut into two.
Wrap the bacon tightly around each of the sausages and place on a small baking tray.
Bake for 35 – 40 minutes until golden brown and the bacon is crisp.
